Burnopp Metal LLC, was founded in the year of 1986, by Jacob Burnopp. It was originally called JB Gutters. About the same time, Jake worked for a company called Polk Sheet Metal, where he learned sheet metal layouts such as for custom building duct work for various mills, and also learned about copper, and metal roofing. JB Gutters was located in LaGarange Georgia. Jake started it as a strictly business doing screening, and cleaing to begin with, and then moving on to replacing gutters. In 1989, He changed the name of the business to Burnopp Gutter & Flashing, where he also started taking on various sheet metal tasks such as copings, valley metal, chimney flashing, drip edge, and so forth.
In 1991, he incorporated in changing the name of the business to Burnopp Metal, where he started doing metal roofing, vinyl siding, and building post and pole construction buildings. In 1999, he then moved his business to Evington, Virginia, and kept the same name, and has now become a Class A Builder Contractor. Burnopp Metal builds houses, & metal buildings from the start to finish specializing in metal roofing.
